There will be some training involved, however the more you work together with your Assistant the more fine tuned your process will be together. Here are some things to know before you begin.
- Your Assistant is not available to you on the spot, rather you must plan ahead preparing a work order for your assignments.
- It is best to start off small, look for tasks in your day that are routine and simple to train someone in. Build from there.
- All of your training notes will be documented on a shared file so that if needed a new Assistant can take over.
- Your Assistant is available to communication with you on a shared file, not by phone or video.
- Your work orders may be fulfilled by several different Assistants depending on availability.
- Have realistic expectations. While our Assistants are capable individuals, they most likely are not highly skilled in your exact field.
- As our name implies, most of our Assistants are living in a different time zone. This proves particularly advantageous to those who want to hand off work in the afternoon and receive completed work by the following morning. We cannot promise this outcome, however most of our clients who achieve this do so by their own diligence and planning.
